when will my order be shipped?

all orders are posted the day they are baked, individually heat sealed and shipped every tuesday.

which courier will deliver my cookies?

we use australia post, and only ship express.

why cant I pick which cookies I want delivered?

in order to ship cookies around aus, little dough dealer has developed a new process for these cookies, and only 6 flavours made the cut! don't worry, variety is important to us and we hope to bring you many more, very soon.

do you accept custom orders?

heck yeah, we'll try anything once! reach out to us with your ideas and we'll collaborate to bring them to life!

what is your refund policy?

due to the perishable nature of the product, unfortunately we're unable to offer a refund or exchange on food items. if the item is faulty or incorrect, we require photo evidence of the issue, in its original packaging to assess refund eligibility. contact us directly if there are any issues with your order.

are all your products vegan?

yes, all of our products are made without any eggs, dairy, or other animal products. however all of our products are made in a kitchen that processes eggs, dairy, nuts and gluten. 

do you do anything gluten free?

all of our products contain gluten.
