When is the Christmas order cut-off?

As per Australia Post lodgement advice, we will be shipping up to and including the 22nd, to ensure the best chance of an arrival before Christmas. We recommend ordering as early as possible. 

Why do you have a minimum order?

To ensure the cookies fit snug for maximum protection while shipping.

The flavour I want can't be shipped, why?

Some flavours are a little more delicate and don't handle being shipped well. We don't want to compromise the quality of your order, that means we'll only send you the most robust of our cookies to avoid disappointment. 

Why can't I select a pick up date?

Any orders placed are always assumed for the following weekend. If you would like to order cookies for an event in advance, please get in touch via email to arrange so. Unfortunately no refunds or replacements will be offered for forgotten or unclaimed orders. 

When will I get my cookies?

All orders are shipped express, the day they're baked. Order by Wednesday to ensure they're shipped on Monday and you'll get tracking notifications once they're out the door.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on how many cookies you're ordering. Our boxes can fit up to 8 snug cookies - anything over that will require a second box (and a little extra for shipping).

Which courier will deliver my cookies?

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post, and only ship express.

What is your refund policy?

If the items or order received is incorrect, please email us with photo evidence, in original packaging and we can assist you directly with refund or credit eligibility.

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we're typically unable to offer a refund or exchange on food items. However the quality of our product is of the utmost priority and any feedback is appreciated. 

Are all of your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are made without any eggs, dairy, or other animal products.

Note: Products are made in a kitchen that processes eggs, dairy, nuts and gluten. 

Do you do anything gluten free?

All of our products currently contain gluten, however we are actively working on gluten-free bakes!

Are your products nut-free?

We have a big range of nut-free products! Typically only flavours with nuts in the name will contain nuts, however all products are baked in a kitchen that handles nuts frequently. Always feel free to drop us an email if you want more information on nut allergens.

How should I store my cookies to keep them fresh?

Cookies are best stored in an airtight container on the counter for a day or two, or in the fridge for up to 7 days. Alternatively, you can freeze them for a few months, just be sure to let them come to room temperature or heated for best enjoyment.

What is the order cut-off time for shipping?

Orders must be placed by Friday to ship the following Monday- this gives us enough time to prepare your dough and allow it to chill for maximum flavour development.

Can I send cookies as a gift?

Absolutely! To your friend, your lover, your family and yourself. Who doesn't deserve a sweet treat?

How are the cookies packaged for delivery?

All of our cookies are packed snug and heat sealed for optimum freshness 

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

We're always happy to discuss options and put together a custom quote for larger orders. Please get in touch to explore this further.

What if I cannot make the allocated pickup time/date I have selected?

Unfortunately we cannot refund or amend the collection time/date after you've placed a pickup order. Please ensure you consider this before placing pickup orders.
